Od zajtrka do večerje, ki se uporablja v številnih jedeh ali se jedo samostojno, ni dvoma, da so jajca osnovna hrana. Dejstvo, da so pakirana v beljakovine in polne hranil, naredi uživanje jajc brez težav. Ne glede na to, ali imate raje svojo trdo kuhano in dano v okusno jajčno solato, ali pa na sredini v obliki naših preprostih mehko kuhanih jajc s toastom pripravite kuhana jajca, je hiter in enostaven način za pripravo beljakovin. Kljub svojemu imenu teh jajc ne smemo kuhati (ker bodo prinesla gumijaste rezultate), temveč jih takoj odstranimo s segrevanja, ko voda zavre.

Postopek

Če želite narediti kuhana jajca, jih položite v ponev, ki je dovolj velika, da jih sprejme v eno plast. Nato ponev napolnite s hladno vodo, da jih pokrije za en centimeter, in vodo zavrite na srednje močnem ognju. Ko voda začne vreti, izklopite ogenj in pokrijte. Pustimo, da stoji 90 sekund do dve minuti za mehko kuhana jajca, ki so v notranjosti rahlo tekoča. Pri srednje kuhanih naj jajca sedijo eno minuto in 45 sekund do dve minuti in 15 sekund, kar bo ustvarilo gnjecav center. Za klasično trdo kuhano jajce bo pomagalo 11 do 12 minut v vroči vodi.

Kako odstraniti lupino

Naslednji korak pri pripravi trdo kuhanih jajc je odstranitev lupine. Pravkar kuhana jajca prenesite v skledo z ledeno vodo, ki bo preprečila razbarvanje in olajšala lupljenje, ter jih pustite stati dve minuti, preden razpokate zunanjost, tako da jih nežno pritisnete na trdo površino. Olupite lupino pod mrzlo tekočo vodo za enostavno in učinkovito odstranjevanje.

Anonymous May 18, 2018 Followed the instructions for a medium boiled egg. Yolk was still runny, white was not fully set. Peeling the egg was a mess, shell took chunks of white off. Anonymous May 28, 2016 Where I come from, 'Remove from heat' (from the first sentence) means to take the pot off the hot burner and place it elsewhere, whereas 'turn off heat' (from the fourth sentence) means to turn off the heat source, but leave the pot where it is. I did three large eggs and followed the steps meticulously. The shells were on so tight, I had to chip them off in tiny pieces. I have a technique of slipping an iced teaspoon between the egg and the membrane and working it gently all around the circumference to free the egg ... so I had to remove only half the tight shell. The halves I picked free were cratered and unpresentable. I am 71, how old will I be?? Back to the drawing board. Anonymous March 12, 2015 This was the worst technique I have ever used, sorry Martha!
